Twice a year, MKTG offers a unique and rewarding program for college graduates seeking entry to the lifestyle marketing industry. The bi-annual Trainee Program begins in January and July and ensue for six months at which point successful Trainees are offered a promotion to the Coordinator level, based on performance and position availability.
The MKTG Trainee Program has proven to be an ideal way to begin one's career in the lifestyle marketing industry as it provides individuals with practical experience. During the 6-month program candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced MKTG employees on current client projects. From creative concepting to program execution, trainees will be involved in the various aspects of client services from the start. The program is an important pillar of the MKTG culture and as such, we are looking for highly motivated, ambitious and hardworking candidates to apply for this position.
