Client Services Trainee

Level: Trainee Program

Reports to: Manager Level

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re the team that manages each process to deliver a great experience for our clients and their consumers. Each process meaning: the creative and concept writing, production schedules, client timelines, financial reporting, secret meetings in restaurants...well, you get the idea. We are the quarterbacks – orchestrating all activities of the MKTG team to facilitate the successful completion of each project.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist client services team with the following:
    • Client meetings
    • Internal brainstorms
    • Meeting preparation and research
    • Deck/presentation creation
    • Meeting notes
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and help inform client services team

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, sports management or related field preferred
  • Experience in client relationships or project/event management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management and personnel both internally and externally (encompasses verbal, written, listening)
  • Able to nurture and work in fast-paced, team oriented environment
  • Flexible, ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks
  • Master at having a good time
  • Strong computer skills: Word, Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel
